Baby Zakirah was diagnosed with congenital hydrocephalus. Hydrocephalus causes fluid pressure that expands the skull and harms the brain tissue. She had a shunt operation but now the shunt is coming out, and she is forming a new bump that needs to be CT scanned to see what is wrong.
